TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our caravan.
We also have a no smoking policy.
We have provided everything for your comfort during your stay and our prices are very competitive.
Low Season From £100 per 7 days
High Season max of £450 per 7 days
SHORT BREAKS:
Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday also available, prices on request.
BOOKING/PAYMENT:
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required for each booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full a minimum of six weeks prior to arrival.
If rental is required in less than 6 weeks from booking then full payment is required at time of booking, please phone or email for details.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
An additional £50 refundable deposit required when paying balance to cover breakages and damage.
This will be returned to you with 14 days of departure provided the keys have been returned to Haven
reception, no damage has occurred to either caravan or contents and it has been left in a clean and
tidy condition. All breakages must be reported.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please remember to bring your final confirmation with you and present it to Haven reception to collect
the keys. Keys will be available from 2pm. Please vacate the caravan by 10am on departure day.
UTILITIES
Gas, electricity and heating included in price. Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed but not
linen so please remember to bring flat/bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Alternatively you
can hire them from Haven reception.
We will certainly try to make available all facilities as described however, there may be times when it is
not within our control and we cannot be held responsible in such cases. We will do everything we can
to resolve any issue.
Any complaints please get in touch with us immediately so that we can rectify the problem as soon as
we can to ensure the enjoyment of your holiday. If you cannot reach us then Haven reception will
endeavour to deal with any issues.
PARK RULES
These are displayed within the park and non compliance may result in you being asked to leave
without recourse.
LOST PROPERTY/HOLIDAY INSURANCE
We cannot accept responsibility for any property lost in our caravan or on Hopton site. We recommend
you purchase holiday insurance to cover personal luggage, money, holiday cancellation/curtailment,
personal and public liability etc.
CANCELLATION
If you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday it must be in writing and will take effect from date we
receive it.
A sliding scale of charges will apply.
Cancellation 28-21 days before holiday start date. 50% due.
Cancellation 20-14 days before holiday start date 75% due.
Cancellation 13 days before holiday start date 100% due.
Should caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a refund of monies paid
to date will be refunded.
AMENDMENTS
The Owners reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions of Hire from time to time and without
notice in circumstances which are deemed to be of high importance or beyond our control.
